1 large head cauliflower cut into medium size pieces5 cups water1 tsp onion powder1.5 T nutritional yeast1 tsp butter spray1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cayenne pepper3 cups buttermilk10 ounces fresh spinach
Cook cauliflower in water and drain.
Using immersion blender puree cauliflower.
Add other ingredients and stir well.
Heat until spinach is wilted.
Serve and enjoy.
