Ingredients
Egg, Mayo and Sweet Relish
Directions
Place eggs in pan and cover with water at-least one inch above eggs. Bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit 16 minutes. Then cool with cold water. Peel eggs and slice in small pieces. Throw in bowl with mayo and relish. Mix and put on bread or toast. Or eat with crackers. Your choice.
