Nonfat Sweet Lassi

Ingredients
1 c. nonfat yogurt1/2 c. water1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. honeydash spice (cardamom, ginger, cumin, mint... there are many possibilities)
Directions
Put all in blender and whirl.
Adjust all ingredients to suit your own taste and texture preference.
Garnish with the spice if you are feeling fancy.

Serving Size: Makes 16 oz., one really big glass or two small ones.
