Butternut Squash-Sausage Bake

Ingredients
1 butternut squash, halved and roasted, flesh scooped out1 roll of Jimmy Dean sage sausage1 egg4 cloves garlic, minced1 onion, diced1/2 bunch of kale, torn and washed
Directions
Bake the squash and scoop out the flesh. Puree if you want. Brown the sausage, breaking it up into small bits, then add the onion and the garlic until soft. Add the kale to wilt, then stir all ingredients together in a casserole dish and bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes or until set. Yum!
