Arugula, 2 cupMustard Greens, 1 cup, chopped Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Trader Joe's String Cheese, 1 ozadzuki, mature seed, cooked, boiled, with salt, 0.25 cup Greek Green Olive (3), 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Put lettuce in bowl; slice tomato in half and dice; measure adzuki beans to 1/4 cup; add three olives from the jar; cut up 1 mozzarella string cheese stick; drizzle with EVOO - TOSS the salad, THEN add the vinegar, toss, add dried chives, salt, pepper, dried herbs, chives (dried are fine)
