Egg Buns

3 egg whites2 eggs1/2 tsp. cream of tarter1/2 tsp. garlic and onion powder 1/2 tsp. morton lite salt1/2 tsp. stevia in the raw3 oz. fat free cream cheese
Separate eggs throwing away one yolk. Preheat oven to 300 f. Line two cookie sheets with parchmen and spray with pam.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff peaks.
To egg yolks, add remaining ingredients. Mix until very smooth. Mix some of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture utill slightly fluffy. Fold this mixture into egg whites being careful not to break meringue. Divide into 8 mounds on cookie sheets. Flatten slighty being carefu to make circle shapes. Bake in a 300 degree oven f 30 minutes or until browned but still soft not crumbly.
Serving Size: Makes 8 buns or 4 servings.
