Kabocha no nimono

Ingredients
-1/2 of kabocha Japanese pumpkin- enough water to cover 1/2 the way up on the pumpkin-1 tom2 tbsp of brown sugar and soy sauce
Directions
1. Microwave pumpkin with plastic wrap over it for 1 and 1/2 or more minutes so it is easier to cut
2. Cut into about 15-20 pieces and place in pressure cooker with water, sugar, and soy sauce
3. When the yellow pin goes up, set timer for 3 min and turn off heat
