Vegitarian Chili

Ingredients
1 bag of Carrots2 yellow peppers15 cherry tomatoes1 tsp of garlic2 tbs of olive oil1 large can of mixed beans1/2 jar of tomato sauce1/2 cup of soy sauce2 table spoons of sugarAdd spices to taste:Salt, Pepper, Chili, Basal, Parsley, Oregano, Cinnamon
Directions
1) Chop up all vegetables and mix with olive oil and garlic on high for 10 min.
2) Strain beans and add in
3) Add tomato sauce
4) Add salt, pepper, parsly, basal, soy sauce, chilli
5) Stir
6) cook on medium-high for 20 min stirring occasionally
7) put to simmer-low and cook with lid for min. 2 hours
8) Sprinkle cheese on top (optional)

Serving Size: Makes a large pot of Chili
