White Bean & Basil Salad

Ingredients
3 cups of Navy (or Canneloni) Beans (two cans, rinsed and drained, or three cups, prepared from dry beans)6 Basil Leaves, chopped finely (or 1 Tbsp. dry)1/2 cup Onion, chopped finely1 clove garlic, minced (or pressed)2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts, toasted, and sprinkled over topSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients, and mix in a medium sized bowl. Enjoy
