Butter Nut Squash Dessert Soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 3 cups cookedButter, unsalted, .5 tbspBrown Sugar, 3 tsp packedMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cupMilk, 2%, 1 cupWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
Puree cooked butters nut squash in a blender adding milk and water as neeeded.
Heat butter in a nonstick pan and add brown sugar and cook until it melts. Add pureed butternut squash and reamaining milk or water. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Bring it to a simmer. Serve hot.
