Citrus Glazed Chicken W/Brown Rice

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast3 tbs orange juice concentrate, thawed, divided2tbsp fresh lemon juice1/2 cup chicken broth3 tbsp Splenda1.5 tsp cornstarch1 tbsp light margarine1 tbsp chopped chives1 tbsp chopped parsleyslivered almonds to garnish if desired
Prepare rice to package directions first.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place chicken breast on ungreased cookie sheet and brush with one tbsp orange juice concentrate.
Bake for 15-20 min or until completely cooked.
Place remaining orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and chicken broth in small saucepan.
Blend together Splenda and cornstarch in small prep bowl, then stir into broth mixture.
Heat over medium-high heat untill sauce starts to thicken slightly. Remove from heat. Whisk butter into sauce and add chives and parsley. Pour sauce over shicken breasts and serve.
Garnish with almonds if desired.
