Southwest Black Bean salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans, rinsed1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed2/3 chopped orange bell pepper1/2 chopped green bell pepper3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantrojuice of 1 lime2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder
Directions
I rinse the beans and corn and put in a big bowl. I microwave them for 2 minutes (I shake the bowl a bit after 1 minute). Then I add the rest of the ingredients as I prep them. Stir all the ingredients. I have been freezing most of this for quick meals to grab for work. By lunch time, its thawed out!

Serving Size: Makes about 4.25 cups...I dish it out in 1 cup servings
