Ingredients
2 15 oz Cans bush's Seasoned Recipe Black Beans, Undrained.2 Cups Swanson's Natural Goodness 33% Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth.1/2 Cup Pace Restaurant Style Salsa1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic, Fresh Or Jared.1-2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper Or Substitute 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder For A Less Hot Version.Optional Garnishes: Not Included In Nutritional Info Of Recipe.Sour CreamShredded CheeseChopped OnionCilantro
Directions
Mash one of the cans of beans, by hand or use a food processor. Pour both cans of beans into a Med-Large saucepan. Add the chicken broth, salsa, garlic, cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil. If desired add a garnish or two.
