My new beans recipes!!!

Ingredients
2 cans of beansonionsgreen pepper1 c of tomato saucegingergarlic1 can of fish1 can of chicken
Directions
1. Spray a thin layer of cooking spray to a non-stick pan.
2. Saute onions, until they are lightly brown, add garlic, ginger, chicken and fish.
3. Add green peppers and tomato sauce and allow the tomato sauce to cook with a little of water (you can add salt at this time- I didn't and it was great!)
4. Wash and drain beans in collander.
5. Add beans to pot and simmer at low temperature.
6. Cook beans to preference

Serving Size: Makes 7 0.5c servings
