Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
2.5 lb bottom round2 14 oz cans Swansons Lower Sodium Beef broth1 packet Au Jus mix1 medium onion, slice8 slices of provolone cheese8 hoagie rolls
Directions
Place onion slices, beef, broth and Au Jus mix in crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours, turn to high for last hour 1/2 if possible. Just before serving place rolls, topped with a slice of cheese, in oven to melt cheese.
Slice or shred beef and put on rolls.
Dish broth for dipping sandwiches.
