Pork and Greens Left Overs Soup

Ingredients
20 oz Leftover pork roast (picnic)1 c Mustard greens2 c Turnip greens2 c Hunts No salt stewed tomatoes 1 c Sliced potatoes1 c Summer squash1 c Peas1 c Lima beans1.5 c Instant brown rice7 c Water2 Bay leaves (remove when finished cooking)
Directions
Shred and place leftover pork roast in slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients over the roast. Slowly add the water, stirring as you add.

Cook on low for about 5-6 hours. Allow to cool. If desired, add a dash of salt and pepper at the table.
