Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
Clean, trim, break up cauliflower and broccoli into very small pieces. Smash and chop garlic, slice onions. Drizzle with all with the Olive Oil and add squirt of lime or lemon juice and Salt and pepper.
Place in foil lined baking dish, don't crowd the veggies. Cover with foil and roast 15 min until cauliflower is beginning to look translucent. Once translucent stir, remove foil covering and continue roasting 8 - 10 min, stirring and checking for brown tips on cauliflower and broccoli.
