Homemade ground turkey mushroom stroganoff

Ingredients
20 oz of extra lean ground turkey8 cups water1 pkg Onion soup mix1 container (30 TBSP) light sour cream1 package Whole wheat extra wide noodles2/3 cups onion1 pound mushrooms chopped
Directions
brown meat and add onions and mushrooms. add water and onion soup mix and simmer for about an hour and a half. Add noodles cook until desired consistency and then add sour cream and serve.
