Baked Potstickers

Ingredients
10 oz ground pork (sub turkey or chicken)1/2c shredded cabbage5 baby carrots diced3 green onions sliced1 egg 1T hoisin sauce1/2c diced celeryWon ton wrappers
Directions
Beat egg, add pork and finely chopped veggies. Mix thoroughly and place in center of won ton wrappers. Fold corners in and place in mini muffin tin. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
