Multipurpose pollo asado

Ingredients
Three pound bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts-thawed, and cut into small piecesExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspGarlic powder, 3 tbsp*Onion powder, 2 tbspPaprika, 1 tbsp*Cumin powder, 1 tsp*Corriander, 1 tsp*chilli powder, 2 tspCilantro, dried, 1 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbspBasil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Toss the pre-cut raw chicken with all the seasonings so it is evenly coated. Heat the e.v.o.o. in a large skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet. Add about 1/2 a cup of water to prevent burned seasonings. Cover and let cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until completely cooked through. DO stir occasionally.
