2 Cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, GArlic, and Oregano1 Can Del MOnte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1.2 lbs of Ground Turkey Meat (93% Lean)5 Cloves Garlic1 Bell Pepper1 Onion8 oz Mushrooms2 TBSP Basil2 TBSP Oregano2 TBSP Parsley2 TBSP Olive Oil
Dice Garlic and cook in Olive Oil until golden.
Then Add Diced Onion. When onion starts sweating add ground turkey. When turkey is browned add green peppers, mushrooms, herbs, and cans of tomatoes. Simmer for 1 hour to allow flavors to mix! Serve over Pasta of your choice.
