Cinnamon Apple Salad

Ingredients
3 large apples1/2 cup chopped dates1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 cup slivered almonds1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
Directions
Cut up apples into little pieces but leave skin on. Drain pineapple tidbits. Mix in dates, almonds, pineapple and cinnamon and serve.

Serving Size: Serves 10-12 (1/2 cup serving size)
