Chicken Quinoa Salad with Grapes and Fennel

Ingredients
10 Chicken Breast Tenderloins, baked, grilled, or broiled. Chopped and cooled1 cup (dry) Trader Joe's organic red quinoa - cooked per package directions and cooled1 cup Red seedless grapes3/4 c. diced Fennel. I use parts of the whole thing - leaves, bulb, finely chopped stem1/2 cup Leeks - sliced fine (white and very light green part only)1/4 cup sliced or slivered Almonds1 8 oz. cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt1 T Balsamic VinegarSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together and chill at least a couple hours
