1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 lb Ground Turkey1 Clove Garlic, minced1 Carrot, cut into small pieces1 can Hunt's Traditional Pasta Sauce 2 Zucchini or Summer Squash1 Winter Squash, cookedHeat 1 tsp. oil in a medium pot. Add garlic, carrot and a splash of water. Cook until soft. In the meantime, cook ground turkey.Heat 1 tsp. oil over med. heat and add garlic. Cook ground turkey, stirring constantly. Drain.Add sauce and cooked turkey to pot. Simmer while preparing the zucchini. Use a carrot peeler to cut zucchini into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Let drain in a colander while oil heats.Heat final tsp. of oil over med. heat. When hot, add zucchini noodles and squash. Saute until soft. Serve sauce over squash noodles.
