Taco Twist Soup

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped2 garlic lcoves, minced2 tsp olive oil3 cups vegetable broth or reduced-sodium beef broth1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes1 cup picante (salsa)1 cup uncooked spiral pasta1 small green pepper, chopped2 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese3 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
Directions
In a large suacpan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add the broth, beans, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, green pepper and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
