Mock Mashed Potatoes for Weight Loss

Ingredients
• 2 heads cauliflower, separated into florets• 1 can fat free, low sodium, chicken broth• NO-salt and a dash of garlic powder

1. In the microwave, steam the cauliflower florets in the fat free, low sodium chicken broth for 3-4 minutes or more depending on the microwave. *Max cooking time is 6 minutes

2. Remove from microwave and mash as you would for potatoes using a potato masher.

3. Season with NO-salt and garlic powder
