2/3 cup Dannon lowfat vanilla yogurt1 cup blueberries2 TBSP Bob's Red Mill whole ground flaxseed1/4 cup Back to Nature's apple berry granola
Directions
in a bowl or parfeit glass, layer on half of the yogurt, flaxseed, and blueberries. Repeat, top with granola, and enjoy!
