8 oz of almond breeze unseetened vanilla almond milk1 extra small banana2 tbsp ground flax seed (grind them just before making)1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries2 tabsp organic cocunut oil (melted)2 scoops gnc amp vanilla protein powder1/2 cup papya pulp
Directions
blend in blender with ice until desired cosistency
