Ingredients
Lamb, Cubed, 16 oz Potato, raw, 3 medium choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove mincedBeef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup or waterPeas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Directions
1. place veggies except peas in bottom of slow cooker.
2. add cubed lamb season with salt & pepper
3.Pour stock over lamb
4. cover and cook on low for 8 hours
5. Add peas last 30 minutes
6. Enjoy
