Breakfast egg muffins

Ingredients
egg beaters and spinach
Directions
Thaw spinach and drain excess water, add to egg beaters and stir.

Agg to sprayed muffin pans, I use the silicone ones and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.

Put in airtight container and keep. I have also popped them in freezer bags and kept them frozen as well. Very easy hot breakfast
