Cecilia's orange flapjacks

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour3/4 c orange juice3 t baking powder1/3 t salt1 egg2 T grated orange peel
Directions
wisk egg then add all other ingredients. Drop by scant 1/4 c onto hot griddle. Cook til edges are dry and flapjack begins to bubble. Flip. Cook til dry. Great served with mandarine oranges in their own juices on top. Makes 12 small flapjacks.
