Chicpea & Tuna Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas1 5 oz can tuna packed in water (drained)2 hard boiled eggs1.5 T chopped onion.5 cup chopped tomato10 oz bag of baby spinach10 oz bag of romaine or butter lettuce1/2 c. Ken's Steak House Balsamic Dressing with Honey1 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
1. Rinse and drain beans. Combine with drained tuna in a large bowl.
2. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs. Add to tuna & beans along with tomato and onion. Combine.
3. Drizzle half the dressing over the bean mixture and stir to combine.
4. Toss spinach and lettuces together with 2T dressing in a large bowl.
5. Divide lettuce mixture between four large plates. Top each plate with 1/4 of the bean mixture and a small amount of goat cheese. Drizzle remaining 2T dressing over top of salads.
6. Enjoy!
