2 large old bananas1 cup of quick oats
Directions
Mix together. Since all bananas are different sizes, the needed measurements can vary. If it seems too runny and the cookies would flatten out too much, add in more oatmeal.

Cook them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a GREASED cookie sheet.

    I love these cookies. You an add anything to them for variety - crush walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut, honey. So easy and gluten free! - 11/24/13

    Not bad at all! I added a handful of mini chocolate chips and baked for 20 minutes rather than 15. Next time I make these I may add some chopped nuts or a bit of coconut. - 2/28/13
