Nicole's Corn Chowder

Ingredients
6-8 potatoes, peeled and cubed1 can creamed corn1 can whole kernel corn, drained2 cups chicken broth8 ounces diced ham1 cup diced onionssalt and papper, to taste1/4 cup butter1-2 cups half-and-half (to the consistency of your liking)
Directions
Add everything except butter and half and half to crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours. Mash until desired consistency and add butter and half and half and cook for an additional half hour.
