1/2 c. Butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamom, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 c. applesauce, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts,
cream butter & sugar, mix in eggs.
stir together dry ingredients.
add dry ingredient and applesauce alternately until blended, don't over mix.
then fold in raisins and walnuts.
bake in greased 5X9 loaf pan, 350 degree oven for 1 hour
