Oven Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 Whole chicken breasts, no skin or bone and halved1 c. flour1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp black pepper1 can sliced white potatoes3 carrots, cut in 1 inch slices
Directions
Pre-heat oven 425. Mix flour, garlic, onion and black pepper. Place a large piece of tinfoil on cookie sheet. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and place on tinfoil. Cover chicken with carrots. Drain potatoes and cover chicken. Close tinfoil over chicken so no steam escapes. Cook for 45 mins.
