5 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped2 cups shredded romaine (or spinach)1/2 cup sliced cucumber1/2 medium apple2 Tbs crumbled blue cheese (the real thing, not low fat!)2 Tbs Craisins2 Tbs chopped walnuts2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing (I like Trader Joe's)
I like to put everything in a bowl and toss it before serving. It makes me feel like I'm having more dressing than I really am. But, feel free to make a composed salad out of this. That's fine, too!
Serving Size: Makes one large serving. If I'm eating salad for dinner, it's got to be a serious salad!
