Super Chocolately Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour, 1.5 cupGranulated Sugar, .75 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened, .5 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Orange Juice, .75 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil, .25 cup Semisweet chocolate chips, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, BP, BS). In a separate bowl mix egg, juice, oil and vanilla. Then add wet ingredients to dry and mix just to combine. If mixture is too dry, just add a tbsp of OJ. Stir in chips and scoop into 12 muffin cups.

Bake 15-20 minutes until done.

    Great recipe and tastes so good. The only addition I made to this recipe was the I added a .25 more of OJ and about .25 of water to make the batter more cake like. Muffins were so good that all 12 servings were gone within minutes, thanks Jenny! - 1/14/08
