Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Onions, raw, 2 largeCarrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Garlic, 2 clove *Potato, raw, 1.5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Bob's Red Mill Quick Vegetable Soup Mix, 1 cupWater, tap, 32 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Place all into large cooking pot and bring to a boil. Turn to a simmer for 3 hours. Serve hot.
