Morning Omlette

Ingredients
6 tables spoons of All White egg whites1 or 1/2 a tomato diced1/4c sliced mushrooms1 tbls olive oil.25c mixed peppers
Directions
Saute vegetables in olive oil, spread around pan
add egg whites and allow egg whites to spread throughout the pan
let cook and fold into an omlette
