Lentil Pea Soup

Ingredients
About 1/2 C. dry lentilsAbout 1 C frozen peas1/2 C frozen corn1 small onion choppedvegetable bullion (I used Better than Bullion Paste)Season to taste (I used garlic onion seasoning, fresh ground pepper, dash of salt)
Directions
Cook lentils
leaving water, add peas, corn, onion
Add seasonings
Simmer until soft
Puree in blender in small batches

Serving Size: Makes Two Big servings, or 3-4 small servings
