Tempeh Burgers

Ingredients
1 - 8.5 oz. package tempeh1/3 cup Wheat Gluten1/2 cup Bread Crumbs2 tbsp BBQ Sauce2 tbsp steak sauce2 tbsp low-sodium Soy Sauce1 tsp garlic salt1 tsp onion powder2 tbsp nutritional yeast1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions
Steam Tempeh for 10 minutes and grate into bowl. If you are using a thicker steak sauce/bbq sauce, add 1-2 tbsp of water.

Mix with all other ingredients and cook as you would a hamburger.
