Cream of Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg frozen hashbrownsNon-dairy creamer powder5-7 celery stalks1-2 medium onions diced1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth clearI lb bacon cooked and dried1/2-3/4 cup rice flourgarlic to taste
Directions
Cook bacon until crisp. Removed from pain and dry. Chop
Add chopped celery and onion to pan and cook until tender.
Mix the non dairy creamer to make one gallon per instructions on creamer.
Put into dutch oven, add all other ingredients. Cook until potatoes are soft and soup is hot.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 - 1 1/2 cup servings
