Chicken and brown rice soup

Ingredients
1 whole chicken cut up1 cup brown rice6 cups water5 tsp chicken bouillon1.5 cups raw carrots1.5 cups raw celery4 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Boil water and rice covered for 40 minutes.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serves 6
