Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Basil Chicken Sausage, 2 serving *Onion (raw), chopped, 3 tbsp low sodium chicken broth, 5 cupsOrzo Pasta, .5 cup 15 oz Canned Diced TomatoSpinach, fresh 6 ozBeans, white, 1 15 oz can
Directions
cook sausage; pulse in food processor; saute onion in oil in soup pot, return sausage to pot, add rice or orzo and bring to boil. simmer until rice or orzo is tender. Add tomatoes, white beans and spices. Add spinach and heat until wilted.
