Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 Lg Chinese Cabbage (about 2 pounds) ,shredded1/2 purple onion, dicedCooking Spray2 packages ramen noodles, crushed1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup almonds, sliced1/2 cup Canola oil1/4 cup White cider vinegar1/4 cup sugar1 Tbsp Soy sauce
Directions
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Toast almonds, ramen noodles, and sunflower seeds.
20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir often. Add to salad once coooled.
Mix Drsg. and pour over salad. Toss then serve.
