Ingredients
2 lb chuck roast1- 1/12 cups large chopped carrots2 lbs small baby fingerling potatoes1 can condensed golden mushroom soup1 pkg lipton onion dry soup mix 1 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
