Green Tea Turkey with Goji Berries and Farro

Steep green tea bags in sauce pan of hot water with the walnut oil for 1 hour. Rub turkey with the chili flakes and brush with green tea. reglaze every 10 minutes. Turkey is finished when temp is 165 degrees.
Boil Farro in water until tender, then strain.
Mix the vinegar, olive oil, oregano, pinch of chilli flakes, salt and pepper, with a blender.
Chop up the cooked turkey breast into bite size pieces and mix with sprouts, goji berries, hemp seeds, and vinegrette .
