Mexican Turkey and Bean Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup drainedCannellini Beans (White Kidney beans), 1.5 cup drainedChicken stock or low sodium broth, 4 cupsYellow or white Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Diced Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup 1/4 tsp garlic powder1 1/2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp hot pepper sauceWild Rice, 1 cup cooked salt and pepper to tasteSour Cream, reduced fat, 8 tbsp (optional)
Directions
In a large pot, heat olive oil and saute onions for 5 minutes until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve topped with 1 tbspn of sour cream.
