bok choy soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia) (remove)Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 5 tbsp (remove)baby bok choy, 6 serving (remove)Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)Garlic, 0.5 tsp (remove)Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked (remove)
Directions
bring stock, 2 slices unpeeled ginger, 2 minced green on ions, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce to a boil Combine pork, garlic, 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1/2 cup minced green onions, brown sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce and make into 1" meatballs. Gently put meatballs into stock. Simmer gently without boiling for 15 minutes. Cut baby bok choy in half and add to soup, cook until wilted then serve.
